AVP / VP (PROJECTS)

• Experience & Qualification : Minimum 15 to 25 Years of experience required (10 years in Real Estate & Construction Company), B.E. / BTech. (Civil Engineering) NICMAR
• Job Description / Skills Required : Experience in IT building on a turnkey basis including services. Evaluation of project and presenting cost / benefit analysis at project decision points for construction of IT / Commercial complex, utility & infrastructure. looking for all construction works including providing technical inputs wherever needed, methodologies of construction management and coordinate with site management team for smooth works. On Site administration / compliances – Ensuring the technical procedures / NOC’s from govt. agencies are in place throughout the project life, liaison with local authorities and agencies.
• Location – Chennai – Tamil Nadu / Goa / Pune – Maharashtra

Senior EXECUTIVE / MANAGER / Senior MANAGER / GM – MEP

• Experience & Qualification Required – Minimum 6 to 20 Years of experience required, B.E. / B. Tech. (Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC)
• Job Description / Skills Required : MEP execution for Residential & Commercial Projects. Coordination with various contractors, Vendors & technical consultants. Taking care of all site activities of electrical, mechanical & plumbing services & related works. Able to achieve and supervise all the activities as per approved drawings / plans. To be responsible for ensuring all the services are tested and prepared for project errection (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing).
• Location – Chennai Tamil-Nadu / Goa / Mumbai – Maharashtra / Pune – Maharashtra / Supaul – Bihar.

PM – PROJECT MANAGER / SR. PM – PROJECT MANAGERS / GM – GENERAL MANAGER (PROJECTS)

• Experience & Qualification – Minimum 15 to 20 Years of experience (10 years in Real Estate & Construction Company), BE / BTech. (Civil) NICMAR
• Job Description / Skills – Exposure to building a project on a turnkey basis, evaluation of cost-benefit analysis at project decision points. Supervision of all construction activities including providing technical inputs, methodologies of construction & coordination for site management activities, accountable for the project, proper administration / compliance, handling contractors, vendors, project team, etc.
• Location – Chennai Tamil-Nadu / Goa / Mumbai – Maharashtra / Pune – Maharashtra / Supaul – Bihar.

ARCHITECT – BIM

• Experience & Qualification – Minimum 6 to 10 Years, B.E. / B. Tech. (Civil) / B. Arch.
• Job Description / Skills – The incumbent should be able to handle end to end BIM requirements of any project. The candidate must model structure, architecture, MEP scope and detect clashes and should prepare progress reports and quantity extractions.
• Location – Chennai Tamil-Nadu / Pune – Maharashtra.

JUNIOR / SENIOR – LEGAL

• Experience & Qualification – Minimum 5 to 20 Years, LLB required.
• Job Description / Skills – Exposure in areas of drafting related viz. commercial Arbitration, Commercial, Agreements, Property, Consumer, Non Litigation, Contracts, Legal Due Diligence, Legal audit and scrutiny, Registration, Liaison, Litigation, etc. Drafting and vetting of agreements, MOU’s, Joint Venture Agreements and such other documents. Liaisoning with advocates & solicitors. Attending courts. Providing Legal opinions and advice on various legal matters related to company’s business & affairs. Conduct Legal Compliance Audit on regular basis. Timely revision of all changing laws, rules and regulations related business of the Company.

MANAGER – ADMINISTRATION AND COLLECTION

• Experience & Qualification – Experience 8 to 12 Years, Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate.
• Job Description / Skills – Managing staff members and ensuring the accurate and accurate and on-time payment from tenants. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Implementation of strategies for the collection goals and targets. to follow organization policy on recoveries. Implementing deadlines for invoicing and payment collection. to Negotiate with stakeholders and costumers in cases where payment is not received on time. Informing customers of their outstanding debt. Ensuring compliance with company policies. Preparing and coaching of staff individuals in the assortments division.

MANAGER – MARKETING

• Experience & Qualification – Minimum 7 to 12 Years (Real Estate Experience), Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate.

MANAGER – DIGITAL MARKETING

• Experience & Qualification – 7 to 12 Years (Real Estate Experience), Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate.

• Job Description / Skills – Expert in Programing and monitoring of both external and internal QA / QC Audit works. Good knowledge of various standards. Preparing QA manual and getting approval from the concerned authority. Implement and monitor QA / QC activities, including those of sub-contractors works, helping in conducting internal / external quality audits. Help in conducting quality tool box meetings. Coordinate with client representatives and site in-charge for site inspection activities.

MANAGER – PLANNING

• Experience & Qualification – 15 to 25 Years (10 years in Real Estate & Construction Company), BE / BTech. (Civil) NICMAR
• Job Description / Skills – Ability to Control both Residential and Commercial specifications. Working knowledge of Primavera P6, MSP & well versed with MS-Office. Expertise in planning, monitoring, updating and reporting of all projects. Coordinating with site teams for timely preparation of project schedules, look ahead and micro schedules. Ensure timely update of project schedule in Primavera, generating reports. Updating budgeted / actual cost, resource management and monitoring work productivity & project timelines.
