Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master’s
    degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or related
    roles, preferably within residential, commercial, Hotels, Institutes.
  • Professional accreditation such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software, MS Excel, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings
    and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple
    priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Experience

Required Minimum 7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or related roles, preferably within residential, commercial, Hotels, Institutes.

Job Location

Hyderabad India.
