1. Design Engineering (HTE 1124DES
- Responsibilities: Shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure vessels design engineering.
- Requirements:
- Mechanical design for heat exchangers and pressure vessels expertise.
- Knowledge of engineering codes (ASME Div 1, Div 2, API, IS)
- Good knowledge of the software PVElite, Compress and Caesar II.
- Experience: Detailed drawings knowledge, fabrication processes, welding procedures knowledge.
2. Thermal Design Engineering – (HTE 1124TDES)
- Responsibilities: Heat exchanger, boiler, and pressure vessel thermal design.
- Requirements:
- Experience in thermal design tools (HTRI, HTFS).
- Technical ability to design for Oil and Gas, fertiliser industries and refineries.
3. RPV 1124RPV Design Engineering
- Responsibilities: Pressure vessels static equipment design.
- Requirements:
- Knowledge of ASME, NACE and API codes.
- Expert in reading and drafting fabrication drawing and material specs.
4. FEA Design (PRV/HTE 1124FDES)
- Responsibilities: Do a finite element analysis (FEA) and structural analysis.
- Requirements:
- Experience with FEA tools such as ANSYS.
- Knowledge of ASME, WRC, and API Codes.
- Experience: Experience in both structural analysis and FEA for a minimum of 2 years.
5. RPV (HTE 1124DRPV) draughtsman
- Responsibilities: The process of drafting and checking various fabrication drawings.
- Requirements:
- Drafting pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers and other equipment.
- Understanding of ASME, TEMA and EN standards.
- The skills of plates layout, profiles layout, and cuttings layout.
- Good ability to work on strict deadlines.
6. Draughtsman (SFU 1124DSFU)
- Responsibilities: Make a set of fabrication drawings and verify them.
- Requirements:
- Pressure vessel drafting experience, BOM confirmation, equipment material list confirmations.
- Knowledge of ASME, TEMA and EA standards.
- Well managed drawing deadlines.
7. Piping Design (SFU 1124PDES)
- Responsibilities: Stress analysis of piping systems and layout design.
- Requirements:
- Piping layout proficiency, isometric design proficiency, and proficiency in the use of CAESAR-II stress analysis.
- Appropriate knowledge of WRC standards and stress evaluation.
