Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Operation Manager, RERA Approval Manager, or Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for managing critical aspects of land and project operations. Key responsibilities include:

✅ Land Acquisition Support – Coordinating with land acquisition teams and legal experts for title verification, ownership documentation, and registration status.
✅ Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring that land-related documents are in order for HMDA, GHMC, RERA, and other government approvals.
✅ Approval Tracking – Monitoring approval progress with government bodies and maintaining updated approval logs.
✅ MIS & Reports – Preparing trackers and MIS reports on land status and project readiness.
