Manager – Planning
- Number of Vacancies: 05
- Location: Byculla
- Experience Required: At least 5 years in planning
- Qualifications: B.Tech in the Civil Engineering field
- Responsibilities:
- As a Planning Manager at Ruparel Realty, you will be key in ensuring our projects are completed on time and within budget. Your ability to anticipate potential delays and reduce risks will be crucial to our success.
- Design detailed project plans then schedule their implications and resource allocation to the team.
- Work with project teams to make sure deadlines are met.
- Should be able to Track Project Progress and make any adjustments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manager – Quantity Surveying (QS)
- Number of Vacancies: 07
- Location: Byculla
- Experience Required: At least 7 years in Quantity Surveying
- Qualifications: B.Tech Degree with same experience in Quantity Surveying in the Civil Engineering field.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze project costs and budgets.
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, and procurement processes.
- Provide accurate financial reports on project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.
- As a QS Manager, you will be the financial backbone of our projects. Your expertise in cost estimation and contract management will help keep our projects financially healthy.
Safety Officer – Byculla Location
- Number of Vacancies: 11
- Location: Byculla
- Experience Required: At least 3 years in Construction Safety
- Qualifications: The candidate Should have a Diploma from the top institute in the field of Health and Safety.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement safety training programs.
- Investigated accidents and incidents, and ensured corrective actions were taken.
- Safety is our top priority. As a Safety Officer, you will ensure that our work sites are safe for everyone, helping to prevent accidents and promote a safety culture.
Senior Engineers

- Experience Required: At least 5 years in Civil Engineering
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Responsibilities:

- Responsibilities:

- Experience Required: 5+ years Experience in Asset Management in same Sector
- Qualifications: BBA(Business Administration), BBM, Finance, MBA
- Responsibilities:
