Education Qualification
B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering only
Experience
Experience required Minimum 7-12 years in same field
Job Location
Job Location will be North Goa, India
Salary
Qualified candidate will receive up to 50,000 – 80, 000 per month salary
Responsibilities
- To perform Civil Construction Management (in Residential- Villa Projects)
- To Handle finishing works in the assigned projects
- To Coordinates program activities designed to manage Structure, high end floor finishes, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from conceptual stage through life cycle of project till handing over.
- To prepare BOQ-BOM & to check Billing activities and other QS works
- To perform Project Planning-Execution, Vendor-Suppliers Management
- To conduct Project Execution, Services, Infrastructure work
- To track and plan Project Scheduling, QA-QC works
- To coordinate with Sub Contractor, control and manage Labour – Materials & Machinery on site
- The candidate shall be Responsible for compliances, manpower, procurement of raw material, managing sub-contractors & structural quality of work at various stage of project.
- To Adhering to RERA timelines & guidelines to execute the project smoothly.
Required Candidate profile
- Project Planning, Schedule & Execution
- Working Drawings, BOM-BOQ Monitoring
- Site Supervision, By Laws, Codes
- Manage Site Workforce, Materials & Project
- Resource Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls
- Candidate completely based on-site.
- He should have handled a luxury residential project end to end.
- No accommodation and Food provided by company
