Job Description
PMC – Billing Engineer
Position : PMC – Billing Engineer (Civil)
Location : Dahej – Gujarat, India
Qualification Required : B.E / B. Tech (Civil Engineering)
Experience Required : Minimum 10 Years of experience
Age Criteria : 31 – 38 Years Old
Soft Skills Required : Candidate should have Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities & Skills :
- Candidate should have knowledge in discipline Billing.
- Candidate must follow and have knowledge in discipline documents required to certify Bills.
- Candidate must follow and have knowledge on Piping Fabrication & Erection, Equipment Installation, Structure Erection, Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, Cable Laying & Support Fabrication etc.
- Candidate should prepare Civil stage wise reports, maintain cube test reports, RMC quality documents, Excavation Claims etc.
- Candidate should co-ordinate with Project Managers on discrepancies.
- He should keep record of contractor’s certifications.
- He must identify gaps between actual site work and work claimed.

PMC – Safety Engineer
Position : PMC – Safety Engineer (Safety Officer)
Location : Dahej/Jamnagar – Gujarat, India
Qualification Required : B.E / B.Tech + PDIS / ADIS / NEBOSH
Experience Required : Minimum 15 Years of experience
Age Criteria : 30 – 50 Years Old
Role & Responsibilities :
- An outcome driven security master with 8+ long stretches of expert involvement with taking care of Industrial Projects.
- Plans, implements, manages, and maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs on premises or at project site locations.
- Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for workplace injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.
- Responsible for developing a strong, clear & focused approach to ensure safe environment and creating zero-accident & occurrence culture by implementing applicable HSE policies.
- Experience in analyzing the causes & reducing accidents and increasing awareness among employees towards maintenance of safe working conditions.
- Effective in performing accident investigations / safety walkthrough / emergency mock drills, gathering facts & relevant information, analyzing, and interpreting different hazards and safety controls.

PMC – Resident Construction Manager
Position : PMC – Resident Construction Manager
Location : Gujarat, India
Qualification Required : B.Tech. (BE/ME, B Tech/M Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering)
Experience Required : Minimum 18 to 30 Years of experience
Age Criteria : 40 – 60 Years Old
Industry : EPC /Power / Petrochemical/Oil/Gas/Refinery.
Role Description : Senior Position for Resident Construction Manager located at Dahej, Gujarat. This role will manage a team of Labors, Contractors and project engineers, and work cross-functionally with other teams to drive process optimization initiatives and improve process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities & Skills :
- BE/ME, B Tech/M Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering. (Full time degree is must)
- The candidate should have site experience of minimum 18 plus years and must have executed
one large scale (Domestic or International project >/= INR 25 billion) in chemical / power / petrochemical / refinery / O&G sector/s. Must be open to relocate to anywhere in India as per project needs. - Ensuring a complete project control by preparing master schedules including Resource Schedules, Execution methodologies, Milestones, Cash Flow projections and Budgets.
- The Candidate Should be conversant with local laws, statutory norms, schedule & cost control, manage multiple Contactors, multi-discipline exposure, safety, HSE, Labor laws, negotiation skills, scope control, FIM management & reconciliation with scrap management, exposure to pre-commissioning / commissioning, plant startup & handover to Client.
- The Candidate should be well conversant with interdisciplinary needs & Interfaces, should have address criticalities & complexities.
- Supervising all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities including HSE management.
- The Candidate should have handled large capacity projects, should have handled site manpower of 2000 to 3000. 10-15 Site Contractors, site management team of 100 + Multi discipline.
- The Candidate should have excellent work experience in Plant safety, Project Quality & responsible for managing store activities.
- He must be technically sound with Project Planning control, Project Budgeting, EPC & Execution.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of engineers & Contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
