Job Description
- Project Planning/Monitoring and Scheduling.
- Manpower and resource planning.
- Prepare budget and cash flow reports.
- Forecasting and cost Estimation.
- Prepare a progress report on the project.
- Coordination with multiple departments.
- Teamwork and excellent communication skills are required.
- Provide management with recommendations for improvements, strategies, and/or cost estimates.
- Understanding of market rates, as well as rate benchmark with similar kind of projects.
- Affirmation of contractors for hire gauges with regards to amount, rate, chance and opportunity, expansion, and circuitous works, in addition to other things.
- Provide procurement strategy advice to the client.
- Distinguish potential monetary or development dangers and keep a business risk register cutting-edge.
- Create and review tender and contract documents for contractors and consultants.
- Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
- To assists in the preparation of tender reports, as well as the creation of quotation / bid comparison statements.
