below are the positions we are looking for :
1. Planning Engineer / Managers (ID-887684)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities :
- Construction planning, schedule, billing and quantity survey.
- Proficient in project planning tools like Primavera / MS project.
- Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills etc.
2. Civil/Rebar / Structural Steel Engineers / Managers (ID-887522)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma / Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities :
- Manage construction activities, oversee concreting and reinforcement, handle fabrication and erection of steel structures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare bar bending schedules, supervise rebar cutting and bending, and manage material requirements.
3. Precast Foreman / Engineers / Managers (ID-721550)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering, ITI
Responsibilities : Develop production schedules, oversee moulding and de-moulding of precast components, conduct quality control inspections.
4. Formwork Foreman/Engineers/Managers (ID-887640)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering, ITI
Responsibilities: Utilize advanced formwork systems for building structures, ensuring precision and safety.
5. Finishes Engineers/Managers (ID-887646)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in supervising finishing activities in high-rise residential buildings.
- Conversant with project contract specifications and standards.
6. MEP Engineers/Managers (ID-887653)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage MEP services at the site.
- Review construction plans and schedules.
7. Safety (EHS) Engineers/Managers (ID-887645)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Industrial Safety/NEBOSH IGC
Responsibilities : Develop and implement safety policies and procedures, conduct safety audits at factories/construction projects.
8. QA/QC Engineers/Managers (ID-887646)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Civil Engineering
Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance/quality control plans. Conduct inspections and audits.
9. Plant & Machinery Experts (ID-887651)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Responsibilities : Install, operate, and maintain plant and machinery at construction sites.
10. Accounts or Stores Executives/Managers (ID-887650)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce.
Responsibilities : To be involved in materials accounting, reconciliation with suppliers, and auditors. Review compliance on stock movement and inventory control.
11. Industrial Relations Professionals (ID-887649)
Education Qualification Required : Full-time Graduate/Post-Graduate in Labour Studies, Social Work, or equivalent.
Responsibilities: Handle IR functions, address employee grievances, and manage union relationships.
12. WMC (Workmen) / HR Workshop (ID-887648)
Education Qualification Required : Any Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent
Responsibilities : Experience in workmen engagement and communication. Preferably handled more than 10K workmen through subcontractors.
