About The Job : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Planning Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. Upon selection the candidate will be responsible to develop project plan and implement schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team and client’s management team.

Key Responsibilities
- The Candidate should develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
- He should conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities for optimization.
- He should coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- He should monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
- He has to manage project resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- The candidate has to provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.

Experience Required
Having 10+ Years of Experience in Project – High Rise Residential Building.

- MS Office (MS-Excel, MS-word, MS-Power point; etc.)
