Salary / Remuneration
The selected candidates will get an attractive consolidated monthly remuneration depending on the posting city (X, Y, or Z class).
- Assistant Electrical Engineer – ₹67,140 to ₹76,660
- Sr. Technical Assistant – ₹50,060 to ₹57,140
- Jr. Technical Assistant – ₹41,380 to ₹47,220
- Technical Assistant – ₹35,500 to ₹40,500
Additionally, employees will receive benefits such as:
- Life Insurance reimbursement up to ₹500/month
- Medical allowance & Health policy reimbursement up to ₹500/month
- 3AC Complimentary Railway Pass while on duty
- TA/DA as per KRCL policy

Eligibility Criteria – Konkan Railway Bharti 2025
1. Assistant Electrical Engineer
- Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 60% marks (AICTE approved).
- Experience: 6 years (Degree) / 8 years (Diploma) in Railway Electrification projects.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years (as on 01.08.2025).
2. Sr. Technical Assistant (Electrical)
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 60% marks.
- Experience: 1 year (Degree) / 3 years (Diploma).
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
3. Jr. Technical Assistant (Electrical)
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 60% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year (Diploma).
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
4. Technical Assistant (Electrical)
- Qualification: ITI from a recognised institution.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in operation/repair/maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
